First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Brink's, Incorporated.
Risk Analyst
I went through a recruiting company for this role. It was a single 30-minute interview where I spoke with the whole team. They asked job-related questions, and there were some tricky ones designed to catch inconsistencies. The questions themselves were pretty basic though. My advice is to not overshare; just answer the question that's asked.
- Can you explain what RCSA is and how it is performed?
- What do you know about KRIs?
- Tell me about Risk Register questions.
Internal Auditor
So, the interview process has three main parts. First, you'll talk to HR. Then, you'll meet with the hiring manager. Lastly, you'll have a chat with the director. HR checks if you're a good fit overall, the manager looks at your experience and skills, and the director sees if you align with the team's culture and what the company wants to achieve.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What makes you interested in this role at our company?
- Can you share some examples of your behavior in certain situations?
Business Development Manager
I interviewed with Whitney for a Business Development role, and it was a really positive experience. Whitney was professional and seemed genuinely interested in my background. She asked good questions about the role and industry and let me ask questions too. She made it feel like a conversation. What was great was how clearly she communicated and shared info about the company culture, expectations, and growth. Whitney seems to really support both candidates and the company. I'm glad I had the experience, regardless of the outcome, and would recommend talking to Whitney if you're looking at Business Development roles.
- What would be your ideal workplace culture?
Manager
The interview process involved a face-to-face meeting where I was asked to introduce myself. Then there were job-specific questions, scenario-based questions, and questions about my personality and familiarity with the job. An aptitude test was part of it too. Finally, there was a final round interview, followed by job offer negotiation and an introduction to the company.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Tell me about your experience related to this job.
- Describe a situation you encountered and how you dealt with it.
