Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Brink's, Incorporated.
Intern
It took about two weeks to hear back after I applied. There were two rounds of interviews with three different people: a marketing analyst, a product manager, and an associate. The first round focused on my resume, and the second round was more about cultural fit.
- What's your interest in our team?
- What makes you a strong candidate for this role?
- Can you share an instance where your perspective differs from most people's?
Intern
After I applied, I got contacted in under 3 days to set up an interview. I did a Skype call and then went to an in-person interview at their office. Both went well and the questions felt right. Then, they told me I needed to do a background check, personality test, and drug screening before they would give me an offer.
- Could you tell me about your past work and what you like to do in your free time?
Administrative Intern
The time management was poor and they were very inconsiderate. It doesn't make you want to start working there. It seems to be a new company, but the HR treatment leaves a lot to be desired.
- What are your pros and cons?
