It started with a phone interview, then an in-person one. After that, there was a polygraph test, a security card exam, and waiting for licensing. Communication was pretty scarce between stages, taking about 6 months total. For most of that time, I wasn't even sure if I was being considered or hired until I was told to go for the license or the polygraph.

I met the company at a Job Fair and a recruiter reached out to me to set up an interview. The recruiter and hiring manager were easy to communicate with. It was a great experience overall. The interview was easy and had general questions. Knowing yourself, your strengths, and why you fit the role will help you ace it. The hiring manager was sharp, so be truthful. I declined the offer because I didn't think it was the right fit for me.

The interview process was super quick and smooth. It was mostly standard Q&A with typical answers, lasting about 45 minutes total, and that included a quick tour. They asked a lot of hypothetical questions and "tell me about a time" questions, all from a prepared list everyone gets.
