Had a first round with the recruiter, which was great. Then I had a second round with the team I would have been working with, and then got ghosted. I was surprised to get a callback because it was a really popular position. After the second interview, I heard nothing else, not even the standard email saying they went with another candidate.

I had a phone screen with a recruiter first. Then, I had a virtual interview with the Department head. It took about a month to hear back after I reached out. Then the recruiter wanted to set up an in person interview with the team. I did 2 more interviews, but then didn't hear back for another month. When I reached out, they apologized and said the team went in another direction.

I had a screen interview with the Recruitor. She asked normal screen questions about my experience and skills. She also asked for my salary expectations, which I shared with her, and asked if she could share what the company’s range is. She said she didn’t know. It’s been a month, and not a word from the Recruitor. If I’m not mistaken, they are still hiring for this position.
