The process was pretty straightforward and they wanted to go through my resume and experience. It was a phone interview, so not face to face, but there might be other options. They asked very generic questions and the interviewer seemed pretty laid back.

I first connected with the company at a career fair hosted by my school, and had a really good chat with the recruiter there. After applying online, I got an email for a phone interview. This was pretty straightforward. After that, I was told I'd have a Zoom interview with my potential boss, which was also quite basic. They mentioned a third interview, but I never heard back about it, even after trying to reach out multiple times.

The interview process was very smooth and surprisingly stress free, the interviewers did a wonderful job of making me feel welcome and took great interest in what I had to say. I talked to two individuals and they seemed to be very personable which made me feel very comfortable. They did not ask much out of the ordinary; just standard interview questions about past experiences, roles taken, future plans, etc.
