Had a first round with the recruiter, which was great. Then I had a second round with the team I would have been working with, and then got ghosted. I was surprised to get a callback because it was a really popular position. After the second interview, I heard nothing else, not even the standard email saying they went with another candidate.

It started with a quick 15-20 minute phone chat with a recruiter. Then, about two weeks later, I had a 1-hour Zoom meeting with some future colleagues. A couple of weeks after that, I went in for a 1-hour office interview with people from related departments. A few days later, I had a 1-hour lunch with my potential manager. I got the offer a couple days after that.

The interview process included an initial phone call followed by a panel interview. The interviewers didn't seem very interested or engaged. There was also a long delay in responding and scheduling subsequent steps between interviews. It seems like a good company, but their hiring process is a bit old-fashioned.
