The second and last interview was in person with HR, a stakeholder, and someone who works directly in the role. It was over an hour long and went well. I was told I'd hear back in about two weeks, but I never did. I sent a follow-up email, but it also got no response, so basically, I was ghosted. I think after a personal interview, they should give some feedback. It shows the kind of company they are.

The interview process was pretty easy and nice. I started with a quick call with HR, and then I talked to a Product Manager. They asked me about why I'm interested in the role, if I understand product management, and about my past experience with research and documentation. It felt more like a chat about how I tackle problems, not really a technical assessment. The whole thing wrapped up in about two weeks.

It was a pretty fast process, going from a phone screen to an offer in about a month. I had an HR video interview, then two 30-minute phone calls, and finished with a panel interview. Everyone was really easy to talk to, and the whole interview felt conversational. It's definitely helpful to know about their products.

I applied for a senior software engineer position at snke os via brainlab. About a month later, a recruiter from snke OS sent me a coding challenge on HackerRank. I finished the challenge with perfect scores and answers. I didn't hear back for a while, so I followed up with the recruiter multiple times. Eventually, I got a rejection email. My advice to others: if you get a coding challenge from brainlab or snke OS, don't bother doing it on HackerRank or similar platforms, because you'll get rejected no matter how well you do.
