applied online and then had a call with HR about salary and job expectations. After that, I was invited for an on-site interview with the hiring manager and a technical expert. I got an offer after that interview. The whole process was pretty good and fast.

I applied online and got an email about a month later to set up a phone interview. The first interview was good, I learned more about the job and we checked if I met the basic requirements. About a week later, I had a second phone interview with someone else, which was a bit more detailed with behavioral and situational questions. After that, I sent several follow-up emails over a few weeks. I only heard back twice, and they said they were still interviewing and would let me know about the next steps. It's been over a month and I still haven't heard anything, and since I got the same response twice, I've decided to just wait for them to contact me. They never did, and I was just left hanging, which felt really unprofessional.

So after submitting my resume and application, I had a phone interview the same week. The next week, I met with a current AC in my area. Then, the week after that, I had another phone interview, and then another phone interview after that, making it 4 rounds total. They told me to wait 2 weeks while they finished up interviews. At the end of the 2 weeks, I emailed to check in and was told to wait another 2 weeks. I sent another follow-up, but no response. I'm now 6 weeks after the 4th interview and still haven't heard anything. I probably won't get an offer, but some communication would have been nice instead of leaving me waiting for 6 weeks.
