You apply online and if your resume matches what they're looking for, you'll get an online assessment with 15 probability questions and 2 coding questions. After that, if you pass, you'll have an interview, which is an online interview, and then a final round or super day, depending on if you're applying for a full-time position or an internship.

Software Engineer
So, first I had this takehome assessment, then a 3-hour technical interview which was split into three parts: live coding, system design, and then we went over the takehome code again, like revising and extending it. They said they were impressed and wanted to do a final round the next week, but then like, 2 days later, they just cancelled it all, saying they didn't want to proceed anymore. Seriously, probably the worst interview experience I've ever had.
- What are your thoughts on multithreading?
- Can you explain Template Metaprogramming (TMP)?
- How do you approach concurrency?
Accountant
Applied to Belvedere for the first time in 2023 and had an unpleasant recruiter phone screening. She sounded like she just wanted to get off the phone and I never heard back after the call. Fast forward to 2025, the same recruiter reached out to me via email regarding an upcoming role. I replied that I was interested and gave her my availability for a phone call like she asked. Never heard back again. Pathetic and bad look on the company.
- Could you share some information about yourself?
Quantitative Researcher Intern
You have 105 minutes to finish the assessment. Helpful hint: give yourself buffer time because retakes won't be granted if you run out of time. Calculators are allowed. No video will be recorded. The assessment will have math, probability, and programming questions. Language selection is your choice for the coding question. You can switch languages anytime during the question, but you'll have to start from scratch and time won't start over.
- Could you explain how you would apply the model mentioned on your resume to futures?
- Applying your resume model to futures, how would you do it?
