So the first interview was on campus, and then they gave me a business project to do. After that, I got invited to fly out to Chicago for a 5-hour interview. It started with a presentation to a panel to get them to agree that my business project was a good idea. Then, I had 5 one-on-one interviews with the 4 people from the panel and one other person. They asked basic questions, answered my questions, and even helped me with my presentation. Finally, I presented to the panel again, and they decided if they wanted to hire me. After all that, there was a dinner with some of the new hires. Oh, and definitely mention your greek affiliation if you have one.
