I went through five rounds of interviews with the Talent recruiter, the Senior Vice President, the Vice President, the AD and the AS. Most of the team seemed pretty new, like they were recently hired.

The interview felt like a casual chat, and the onboarding process was also straightforward. I encountered great clients and genuinely good people. However, the working hours were really long, and there was an overwhelming amount of work. The work atmosphere was pretty balanced, with no strict hierarchy. It was easy to reach and talk to upper management, and they were approachable.

It was a great interview process with really nice people and interesting questions. I felt very relaxed and it was like a conversation. I really enjoyed it and thought they used time well. Honestly, it was a better than average interview experience. The interviewers seemed to really like the company and shared good things about working there.

Seven seconds. That’s how long researchers say we have to make a good first impression. For many job candidates those seven seconds happen in the preliminary interview but if your company hiring process doesn’t include that step, the first seven seconds of the introduction phase are key. Up to this point the candidate has probably been dealing with a recruiter or hiring manager, but now they’re being introduced to their potential managers and maybe teammates.
