Art Director
I had an in-person interview with the executive director and creative director. Before that, I spoke with a creative team recruiter over Zoom. It was a more chill and casual interview than I expected.
- Can you discuss your portfolio and your role in the projects presented?
Art Director
I was invited for an interview at their office. They said they would let me know about the outcome, but I never heard back. Based on the interview conversation, I suspect there might be a lot of unpaid overtime and they expect to pay very low wages.

Art Director
I started with a really nice phone call with HR, and then a week later, had a quick Skype chat with HR. It was a super relaxed vibe, but still professional, mostly just getting to know each other. A few weeks after that, I was invited in person. The interview was very professional, where we looked at and discussed some of my work samples. We also talked about the next steps in the hiring process. Everyone was very friendly and likeable.
- What do you expect from your position?
