It was a simple interview with the person I'll be working for. Super friendly, and it lasted about 30 minutes. They went over my resume and cover letter and asked questions directly from them.

For the first week, I had a 30-minute phone interview with an executive where we just talked about my resume. The next week, I had an in-office interview that lasted about an hour with the director. Finally, there was a 40-minute written test that involved grammar correction and reading analysis, which was pretty tough.

Ich habe mich über LinkedIn beworben und nach 20 Tagen eine Antwort erhalten. Dann hatte ich ein ziemlich ungezwungenes Gespräch mit zwei Planern, das sich eher wie ein lockerer Austausch anfühlte. Die Fragen, die mir gestellt wurden, waren maßgeschneidert auf meinen Hintergrund und darauf, warum ich mich für dieses Unternehmen interessiere. Es fühlte sich an, als ob sie wirklich daran interessiert waren, mich besser kennenzulernen, anstatt nur meinen Lebenslauf durchzugehen. Selbst wenn es keine zweite Runde gäbe, war es eine angenehme Unterhaltung, die viel über die Unternehmenskultur aussagt.
