I went through several rounds of interviews, but unfortunately, I was ghosted and never received a rejection email. The people I spoke with were very nice and took the time to chat, and the technical questions were quite easy and basic. It seems like a great company, but this isn't the first time they've apparently ghosted candidates who were far along in the process, which feels pretty unethical.

It was just one quick phone call with the hiring manager. The process was very direct, entirely one-on-one, and really minimal overall. It was focused on confirming fit and next steps, no formal interviews really.

This was a 15-week interview process that ultimately ended with an offer being rescinded after I had already quit my job. The company cited a "culture fit" issue and that I "require more structure," saying they've seen this before. They also implied I "dragged along the process" and "rubbed them the wrong way" after asking about severance. This came after I was told about a hiring freeze the day before, which felt like a precursor to layoffs. The entire 15 weeks involved only 3 interviews, with two reschedules from them and one from me. It's worth noting that three months prior, I was informed two other candidates had declined offers, making me wonder if their offers were also pulled. It seemed like a great opportunity, but it's a case of "buyer beware."
