The interview process was very nice. They thoroughly explained the process and told me the pay immediately. They also set me up to start as soon as possible. It's a very good company to start with as a new grad nurse.

The recruiter was quick with updates and setting up interviews with different team members. The team members were helpful and clear about the job and what's expected. Every part of the interview was unique and showed different parts of the job, which helped me get a good idea of the role and ask lots of questions.

So first I had two phone calls. The first one was with the recruiter from Bayada. Then the second phone call was with the Office Manager. After that, I had a virtual interview. That one was with the Office Manager, the Regional Manager, and the Assistant Office Manager.

Behavioral Technical

I applied for a Regional Recruiter manager role covering the Montgomery and Bucks, PA area. It started with a quick recruiter screener, then a Zoom interview with the two direct managers. They seemed to like my background and the questions I asked, and I felt it went really well. However, the next day I got a generic rejection saying they chose someone else. I asked the recruiter for feedback but never heard back. Then I noticed the job was posted again a few days later. This is the second time with Bayada that this has happened. I'm crossing them off my list; they seem to be looking for impossible candidates.
