Management Trainee
I applied and then got a phone call from the recruiter.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Manager
It started with a typical recruiter phone call and a personality test with a few “trick” questions, nothing difficult. Following the recruiter call you’ll receive a short answer question for explaining which Bayada core value you think is the most important. Oddly, after going through an interview process I hear nothing back from the recruiter for days. Once I do it’s simply a generic email. Interesting considering one of their own core values you are quizzed on more than once during the interview is compassion, sending a generic email to let a candidate know you have selected someone else isn’t compassion.
- Tell me about general job description stuff.
- The hiring manager didn’t actually know the job himself, as this job was the first of its kind in the organization, so no leading questions.
Manager
I spoke with a few people and they were all really nice and welcoming. The questions asked required some serious thought and honest answers, and it seemed like a place where they expect a lot of growth and planning. It felt like a great company.
- If you could go back, what would you do differently?
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses, and how you'd describe yourself?
- Tell me about your background and why you think you're a good fit for this position.
