I went through 4 rounds of interviews. First, I spoke with a screener, then the recruiter. After that, I interviewed with both the office director and the division director. I got the call about the offer the day after my last interview.

So first I had two phone calls. The first one was with the recruiter from Bayada. Then the second phone call was with the Office Manager. After that, I had a virtual interview. That one was with the Office Manager, the Regional Manager, and the Assistant Office Manager.

I applied for the client service associate role and heard back in 3 days. We scheduled an interview using an online calendar. Since I currently have a full-time job, I could only do interviews after 3:45-4pm, so I picked 4pm. The recruiter called me at 3:30pm and expected me to start the interview then, even though that wasn't our scheduled time and I was still at work. This caught me off guard and wasn't very considerate, so the interview didn't go as well as I'd hoped. Other than the timing issue, the recruiter was nice and explained the role, which sounded like a good fit for what I'm looking for. However, the pay was surprisingly low and almost embarrassing, even for the manager position she mentioned. I was hoping for a better offer considering the company's success and the rising cost of living, but the recruiter was firm on the salary with no room for negotiation. I was initially excited about the company and the interview, but the low pay quickly made me discouraged and uninterested.
