The interview process was pretty simple and direct. I spoke with the manager, and she did a good job of explaining the job expectations. The training for the job was really comprehensive and I learned a lot about the company.

Got an email from the recruiter to set up an interview. First, I had a 30-minute chat with the hiring manager, it was pretty chill and straightforward. Then, I was moved to the next step, interviewing with four team members. After that, I was asked to send the hiring manager my work, specifically a social calendar and metrics. But then, nothing. I was ghosted even after sending four emails to the hiring manager and recruiter and leaving a voicemail. Pretty disappointed with how unprofessional that was.

I was looking for a job and found one at Zales, which I applied for online. A few days later, I realized I'd applied for a kiosk store in the mall called Piercing Pogada, which is a sister store to Zales. I decided to be open to the opportunity. That same day, I got a call from Zale's Recruitment to set up a phone interview. My first interview was with the recruiter over the phone. Then, I was referred to the District Manager, who drove 3 hours to interview me. That went really well, and she told me about the rest of the process: an interview with HR and then with the Regional Manager. The interviews mostly involved me asking questions and her answering mine. Six days later, I had a 48-minute phone interview with HR, which also went great. Two days after that, I interviewed with the Regional Manager, who was very impressed with my background. She told me I'd hear from the District Manager soon. So, I've had 4 interviews so far and I'm waiting for the final call from the District Manager, which I assume will be the offer.

I applied online and then got a call to do an online assessment about two weeks later. I was called back three days after the assessment to schedule an interview. The interview happened the next day. Then I was told to wait for a call from the DM for a second interview. This was a phone interview, and then an in-person interview three days after that. The DM told me during the interview that I had to do an assessment for the SM position, which I thought was strange. I got a call back from the DM with a job offer four days later.
