I was looking for a job and found one at Zales, which I applied for online. A few days later, I realized I'd applied for a kiosk store in the mall called Piercing Pogada, which is a sister store to Zales. I decided to be open to the opportunity. That same day, I got a call from Zale's Recruitment to set up a phone interview. My first interview was with the recruiter over the phone. Then, I was referred to the District Manager, who drove 3 hours to interview me. That went really well, and she told me about the rest of the process: an interview with HR and then with the Regional Manager. The interviews mostly involved me asking questions and her answering mine. Six days later, I had a 48-minute phone interview with HR, which also went great. Two days after that, I interviewed with the Regional Manager, who was very impressed with my background. She told me I'd hear from the District Manager soon. So, I've had 4 interviews so far and I'm waiting for the final call from the District Manager, which I assume will be the offer.

I met with the district manager at the mall. She made me feel comfortable and asked me questions. It was pretty casual and I was confident I would get offered the position considering it is an almost entry level position. The interview included questions about past experiences and hypothetical situations.

I was interviewed by the district manager first, she was half an hour late. She asked me the usual type of questions. Then I interviewed with the store manager and was asked many of the same questions from the first interview. The process was very easy. They then make you take an assessment test.
