First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Banter by Piercing Pagoda.
Sales Associate
The interview process was pretty simple and direct. I spoke with the manager, and she did a good job of explaining the job expectations. The training for the job was really comprehensive and I learned a lot about the company.
- What makes you want to be a jeweler?
Sales Associate
The interview process was really impacted by language, which they didn't mention in the application at all. This is something super important to know beforehand. I was qualified, but they didn't move forward with me because of it.
- Can you describe your availability?
Sales Associate
The interview was pretty easy, they mainly asked about my previous sales associate experience. They also asked about my availability for scheduling. It really depends on the store manager and how good your past work experience is. They had a pretty strict dress code, even for a mall job.
- How would you handle a situation where a customer is rude to you or requests to speak with a manager?
