Cybersecurity Business Systems Analyst
The overall interview process was positive, but I was really let down by their communication. The Talent Acquisition rep was super friendly and honest. Although the salary range was much lower than I'd hoped, I still wanted to proceed for the experience. The chat with the hiring manager went great in my opinion; she was very nice and explained the role and expectations thoroughly. She even gave me a heads-up on what to expect for the next interview, so I figured it went really well. However, I ended up getting an automated rejection email from their HR system, not even from the rep I'd been talking to. I was really disappointed they used that method to let me down, with no explanation or reason why. I did reach out to the rep for more info, but never got a response. Super frustrating.
- Can you describe your experience in addressing and closing control gaps?
Health Service Assistant
I sent in my application online via Banner's site. A few days after, I got a call to schedule a phone interview. We had that interview, and it was a good talk about the job, what they pay, and the benefits. Near the end, they asked some common behavior questions, which I answered honestly in about 90 seconds. Then, they asked if I could do a second interview with the project manager. I said yes, and we did that the next day. That interview also went really well! They told me about the job's tasks and responsibilities. The whole thing was pretty easy and smooth.
- Would you feel comfortable reaching out to doctor's offices to get the information needed?
IT Intern
The interview was kinda meh. The IT lead and engineer didn't seem super excited about it. They asked stuff that didn't let me really explain what I can do. Instead, they focused on personal traits instead of my actual experience and what makes me a good fit for the intern/employee role. Honestly, it felt like they already had someone picked before I even showed up. I think I was maybe a little too good or just right for what they were looking for. Didn't seem to matter though.
- Can you tell me about a time you got through a tough situation?
Nurse Practitioner
It was a three-step interview. First, a phone call with the recruiter. Then, an in-person meeting with the practice manager and other providers. Finally, a meeting with the clinical director. It was a very casual interview with genuine questions and insightful conversation. They had limited flexibility with time and schedule, but overall it was a very nice experience. The benefits were nice, but the reimbursement package was poor and unrealistic.
