First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Banner Health.
Pharmacy Technician
You'll start with a recruiter call, then a phone screen, and then an interview with HR. After that, you'll interview with the pharmacy team, typically the associate director and lead technician. They'll ask the same questions, so don't stress about that. It's a good chance to ask about scheduling when you talk to the AD and Lead Tech.
- Tell me about a time you exceeded expectations to get something done.
Pharmacist
I applied online and got contacted by HR for an interview. Then I had a phone interview with the manager. They didn't ask many questions, mostly about Banner values. The whole thing took about a week.
- What makes you want to work here?
Pharmacist
I applied online. First, I met with HR, then I had a department interview. After that, there was a tour and I met some of my future colleagues. Being friendly really helps make it easy to get a job at the hospital.
- How do you interact with people?
