The interviewer mentioned they prefer to promote from within and questioned how external medical knowledge would be relevant. Despite the recruitment team's assessment of my fit, the interviewer seemed uninterested in proceeding, focusing instead on their preference for candidates with 'underdog stories' who had risen from the bottom, contrasting it with their own lack of a degree.

It was a super professional and fast interview process. I talked to HR first, then the hiring manager, and finally did a panel interview. Even though I didn't get an offer, everyone was really nice, professional, and open.

Behavioral Group

Everyone was super friendly. They do behavioral interviewing, so be ready for that. They'll ask for more details if they feel your answers are too short. It started with a phone call, and then I went in for an in-person meeting. The phone interview was with just one person. The face-to-face was with a panel of three people. They went over all the details about the job.
