The whole interview and job offer happened in one 50-minute call with a recruiter. The recruiter was nice but seemed rushed. They couldn't really explain details about pay raises, like if they were based on performance or how many years you've been working. It felt a bit like talking to a pushy salesperson who really wanted to close the deal.
