Started with an HR chat, then a first round with two managers. They asked about my background and if I'd fit the team. After that, there was a SQL test, which I had 3 business days to complete (weekends didn't count towards the deadline).
So there were three interviews total: one phone call, one video chat, and then one in person. They screened us first to make sure we were a good fit and only interviewed those candidates they thought could really do the job. The whole thing took about two weeks, and they kept us updated really well.
We had 3 rounds, about 30 mins each. First, a recruiter screened me. Then, I met the team leader/manager I'd report to. Finally, there was a group panel interview with behavioral questions.
