AvidXchange Project Manager interviews, decoded.

I applied online and then had a telephone call. After that, I interviewed separately with 3 or 4 different people. It felt like a lot and took way too long. The interviewers didn't even seem like they were relevant to the job.

Went through a McQuaig survey, then had a 30-minute phone call, followed by a 1-hour panel interview with three team members. The panel interview focused on behavioral questions asking about past experiences. The phone interview covered general background and my interest in the role.

Applied, then got an email from the recruiter about a digital interview and survey. That was the last I heard for a while. I replied and got a link for both a survey and a video interview. The video interview had technical issues, couldn't see myself. Submitted both, heard nothing. Checked my application status and it said the job was closed. No explanation or follow-up given. They should have at least followed up out of courtesy. If this is how they operate, I'm glad I didn't proceed.
