It started with a chat with a recruiter, who was pretty sharp and easy to talk to. They asked some basic stuff and a few quick PM questions. Then I had a video chat with the director of PM, which was also pretty chill. They asked more PM questions and dug into why I wanted this job. After that, I did a personality test. The final stage was four 30-minute interviews with team members I'd work with and another PM from a different team at my level.
HR reached out and wanted to talk. We had a quick chat about product development. Then, I was asked to complete an assessment. HR said they'd follow up in a few days. The assessment is a personality test. I didn't hear back from HR. It's good I found out what they value before spending more time.
I only had a phone call with the recruiter. It was a casual chat with standard questions about my previous work. I didn't get to interview with the hiring manager because they thought I wasn't a good fit and suggested my experience might be better suited for project management.
