Had a phone interview with the recruiter first. They asked why I wanted the job and about my qualifications, like what I liked and disliked about my last job. Then I had an in-person interview with the Customer Support Manager and two people from HR. They asked similar questions. Got an offer the next day!
The interview process started with a phone interview and then an in-person meeting. The questions asked were quite direct and the interview wasn't too long. Most questions focused on the job skills needed for the role. They also asked some behavioral questions to understand how you work with your teammates.
It was a long but very thorough interview process! The interviewer really wanted to make sure I understood the position and my field. They asked a lot of questions about different safety aspects and elements of specific written programs I'd be auditing. I even had to find errors in an OSHA 300 log and 300A. It was a good chance to really grasp what I'd be doing.
