Avetta Account Manager interviews, decoded.

It was a thorough interview process that really tested my phone and presentation skills with lots of searching questions. They did a psychometric test and checked references after a phone interview and two in-person interviews, leaving no stone unturned. Everything was handled professionally and fairly, with prompt feedback provided, which was great. The process moved at a good pace without long waits between steps, which I hope reflects the company's energy.

There were 5 stages in the interview process. First was a Behavioural Interview with HR, focusing on general behavior questions. Second, a Reporting Manager Interview, which was role-specific. Third, a Panel Presentation where I had to prepare and deliver a presentation to a director-level panel. Fourth, an Assessment where I completed a job-specific report. Finally, an Executive Interview with the Global department head, covering company and role specifics.

The whole experience was great! Things moved fast and everyone was engaging, informative, transparent and passionate. The local team in the final culture round seemed to really enjoy their jobs and the company culture, and I could immediately picture myself working with them collaboratively. :) The process included: 1. An initial phone call with an external recruiter. 2. A Zoom interview with the Hiring Manager. 3. A Zoom interview with the VP. 4. A Zoom interview with the Hiring Manager and the local team for a culture round. The external recruiter kept me in the loop about progress and prepped me for each round.
