Had a standard first round with 3 people. Then, a really cool two-week exercise where I worked with current employees and future colleagues. We used Slack for communication, followed by a final presentation and discussion.
The recruiter ghosted me, which seems to be standard practice for them. It's awful and shows a lack of employee appreciation. I had a phone interview and was told I'd proceed, but after following up twice via email, I received no response. Don't bother with this company; they likely won't value you later if they don't now.
I applied online and then had a chat with HR, followed by a second interview with someone from the department. Coordinating times was pretty straightforward and quick. Unfortunately, I didn't get past the second interview. What was disappointing about the company was the automated rejection email they sent; it felt lazy and uncaring. I hope they get better at this and treat everyone with respect, whether they offer them a job or not.
