The questions were really general, and the interviewer seemed to have a general disinterest in me. It felt like they were just killing time and projected a misogynistic culture. There was no follow-up, and the whole interview process was quick.

The hiring process moved swiftly, concluding in just three weeks from my initial application to receiving an offer. I gained a comprehensive understanding of the team, and unlike some companies that shield their sales representatives, I was able to speak with them early on. They candidly shared their honest thoughts about the company and the position. Throughout the process, it felt like a mutual exploration, and it was clear they were invested in ensuring the role was a good fit for me as well. I'm eager to begin!

The interview process started with an HR Check, followed by an interview with the Country Manager. Then, the Sales Responsible person for the region conducted an interview. Finally, a future colleague interviewed the candidate. Each interview lasted 30 minutes and was scheduled quickly after passing the previous stage.
