Candidate-reported interview process

It was pretty straightforward. There were two interviewers, and they mainly asked me STAR questions and that was it. They did let me ask questions at the end, but that's it. They were taking notes while I spoke, but they didn't offer much response to my answers, so it wasn't much of a conversation.

So, the first part is just a chat, you know, with the recruiter. They want to know about you, like your background, what you're good at, and why you're keen on Australia Post. Then, they'll ask about why Australia Post specifically, touching on its stability, how it matches their values like trust and inclusivity, and your passion for serving people. Lastly, they'll want to see what you know about Australia Post – its huge size with over 60,000 staff, all the things they do like mail, parcels, and even banking, and how important they are to Aussies everywhere.

I did an online interview that I could complete at my own pace. It was recorded and they gave me time to prepare before I recorded my answers. It was mostly HR-related questions.
