Candidate-reported interview process

I got a call from them first for an interview. About two weeks after that, I had the actual interview. It was just one round. I talked with the engineering manager and the team lead.

3 months after I applied, HR contacted me to check if I was still interested. They offered me an interview, but then HR never replied to my emails.

I had a talk with the team leader. It was a good chat about my background and what I had done in the past. It seemed professional and friendly. No technical questions for this interview.
