It was pretty straightforward. There were two interviewers, and they mainly asked me STAR questions and that was it. They did let me ask questions at the end, but that's it. They were taking notes while I spoke, but they didn't offer much response to my answers, so it wasn't much of a conversation.
It was pretty chill. Two senior people interviewed me. They introduced themselves and their jobs, then started the interview.
The process started with some online tests, then a video interview, followed by an assessment centre and finally a face-to-face interview. The online tests, video interview, and assessment centre were all pretty easy. The assessment centre lasted about 3 hours and involved some group activities and a 1:2 presentation. It was actually one of the less stressful ones I've done. The in-person interview was about a week after the assessment centre. I got an email rejecting me about two weeks after that interview.
