Interview was easy, especially during Christmas season. Started as casual then moved to a permanent position. You need to practice at the counter. No training was provided and management is not good.
After submitting an application online, I received an email asking me to complete an online test. This test involved a mix of written and spoken questions, and required the use of a calculator, with tables or pictures provided for calculations.
It was an online interview where I had to give written and video answers to 8 different questions. Also, there were some multiple choice questions about basic numeracy skills. The whole process took less than 30 minutes.
