The interview process involved a short 15-minute first interview, followed by a longer, hour-long second interview. It felt very informal. I learned that the role is primarily about sales, with about 95% of the work involving door-to-door sales, even for more advanced positions like Assistant Manager. They highlighted their training and mentorship, which is good, but I'm not looking for a pure sales role. The people there were really friendly, and the work environment seemed positive.
The whole interview process was conducted over Skype and it was a really positive experience with good feedback. There were two main interview rounds, plus an initial screening call. I also had a conversation with a senior manager, which was insightful and I really enjoyed hearing their perspective on the company.
The interview process involved two interviews before a hiring decision was made. Things moved very quickly, but I felt the job description was a bit vague, and I wasn't sure what questions to ask to get more details.
