Candidate-reported interview process

It was a 3-step interview process. The first meeting was about 20 minutes with the CEO, where she went over the job description, the clients, and the door-to-door sales approach. I was then invited back for a second interview where I met with a top sales rep. It was great meeting someone in the role I was applying for. She explained the company in detail and we went for coffee. She asked me a lot about my aspirations and past work history. After the second interview, I met with the CEO again to finalize things. The company and its team made a really good impression on me.

This was a one-day process with three rounds. CEO Kat and MD Chris did the first interviews. Then, each specific sales team leader did a second round, and Kat or Chris did the final round. Each round took about 20 min-45 min-20 min. It's a door-to-door sales job, so they mostly hire younger people.

Had an initial phone call to discuss me. Then an in-person interview to get to know me better, my ambitions, and my attitude. Following that, I had an interview with a different employee/Manager. I found out quickly if I was offered a job or not. I liked the high-energy and enthusiasm shown by co-workers and managers.
