I applied online. They called me the next day to ask why I applied and chose Atlas. Then, they invited me for an in-person interview with HR that lasted about 20 minutes. For the second round, I had separate one-on-one meetings with a salesperson and the office Manager.
It is a three step process. First is a preliminary interview, and then the second and third are on the same day. Other than that, the process is not super formal. Overall, it is not bad. It is a job for door-to-door sales, so they pretty much just want to make sure that it is not beyond your ability. They teach you the skills you need to know so they are looking for someone that is willing to learn, easy to talk to, and looking for long term growth within the company (which is achievable). The questions will vary from person to person.
You'll need to come to the office dressed in business casual. From there, they'll take you to a coffee shop nearby. You'll chat for about an hour, covering details about the job and their own experiences, while they observe how you respond to questions.
