The interview process was quite long, spanning about 3 weeks and involving 5-6 rounds. I had to complete a full PRD and several case studies. Unfortunately, despite all the effort and completing all assignments, I did not receive an offer.
I was referred to the company, but the recruiting process was slow and not well organized. There was no conversation with the hiring manager to discuss the role, only five to six tough interviews with little context. Communication was spotty; sometimes the recruiter would stop responding, making me have to reach out multiple times. Many interviewers had only worked there for a short time and didn't seem to have a clear interview plan, which made things feel unorganized and casual. If you like a hiring process that's well-thought-out and open, and respects your time and knowledge, you might want to look somewhere else.
i had to prep a plan for customer engagement covering onboarding, implementation, and then ongoing engagement for retention, and then present it to the product marketing leaders and the customer facing teams.
