The HR team was really knowledgeable about the role and responsibilities. They gave me feedback after each round, which was super helpful for knowing where I stood and what to expect next. The process involved: 1. An initial chat with HR. 2. A SQL Editor assignment. 3. A discussion about the assignment with the Director of Engineering. 4. A chat with the Co-founder. 5. Talking about the offer.

They will give you an interesting take home assignment that will take approx 3 days to complete. It usually consists of a proper feature development and may consist of external plugins like google sheets, aws etc. It also expects you to give a rough schematic or system design for what you created. The extensibility of such assignments is unlimited. It went well and I had fun doing it and i solved it in 2 days. After submission HR said they will come back within 10-14 days for discussion. They never did. There was no communication. I guess they didn't even take a look at the project. There was no response even after pinging them.

I got to the second round, which was a technical interview. The interviewer made some racist comments about hiring from India, but I stayed professional and continued. I was rejected even after answering correctly. When I asked HR for feedback, I never heard back.
