I reached out to someone at Atlan, they forwarded my resume, and the next day HR sent a coding challenge. The following week, I had a call where I answered all their questions. Four days later, I was told my coding and architecture were great, but they couldn't proceed because they felt my internship experience wasn't strong enough, even though I have a year of experience.
The interview process was smooth and well planned. It kicked off with an assignment to assess High Level Design Thinking and coding quality. The following two rounds focused on discussing the assignment and your career path. Overall, the interviews were well-structured, and the recruiters were professional and helpful, providing clear expectations for the role and each round beforehand.
I first had a call with HR about the job profile. Then, I got an email about a project round where I had to submit a project within a week. It took me about 3-4 days to finish it. Later, I got an email saying they couldn't move forward with me and wouldn't provide feedback. It seemed like they were looking for someone to do both backend development and DevOps, possibly a cheaper resource who could handle multiple tasks.
