So first, they gave me a take-home assignment that I had a week to finish. After that, I had a phone call where they asked me some technical questions. The assignment was about time series analysis.
So I applied online and then they gave me this data science challenge where I had to cluster points of interest in OpenStreetMap into commercial markets. I finished it and got shortlisted for the next stage, which was an interview call with one of their employees to discuss the challenge. Unfortunately, I didn't get any further after that.
I applied on their careers page and they got back to me in about 10 days. Then I had a phone interview, followed by a take-home task. After that, I had another phone interview, but I was ultimately rejected. The whole process took a long time, about 1.5 months. Their work is good, but the hiring process is disorganized.
