Candidate-reported interview process

Had a teams interview with the hiring manager and business development manager. They were very pleasant and easy to talk to. The interview was supposed to be about an hour but went over by about 30 minutes. They weren't trying to trick me and asked interesting and valid questions about my past experience.

The hiring process usually kicks off with a recruiter reaching out to the candidate. Then, there's a chat to go over the role, the company, and the candidate's background. The recruiter asks questions to gauge skills, experience, and motivation, and the candidate gets to ask their questions too. To wrap things up, the interview concludes with a summary and info on what's next in the hiring journey.

Had an initial phone screening, then went to an in-person assessment centre where I felt comfortable. It had exam-style questions and a group activity. The next day, there was a Zoom meeting where I had to give a presentation.
