Had an initial phone screening, then went to an in-person assessment centre where I felt comfortable. It had exam-style questions and a group activity. The next day, there was a Zoom meeting where I had to give a presentation.
I was first contacted by HR via social media, then had a phone call. Next, I interviewed with the manager, then the client. After the client interview, I had another interview with the manager to finalize some details. Overall, it was a light and fast process, handled by competent people.
It was a phone call during a virtual hiring fair, I connected with an HR manager of my choice where I spoke with them for about ten minutes.
