The hiring process started with a phone interview that lasted about 30 minutes. After that, there was an interview with an operations manager that lasted about an hour. Finally, there was a technical interview with a specialist that also lasted an hour.
The interview process was a single, relaxed session. I was asked general questions. Nothing too surprising. It was a virtual interview. I think it would be better to have a second interview round to learn more about the job and the company.
Process is in 2 steps. First, HR interview to know your interest in the position and your understanding of it. Then, an interview with your future Manager who will assess your expertise and experience level on certain types of missions.
