Assystem Engineer interviews, decoded.

I applied for this job through Naukri and got a direct written test followed by an offline interview. I received an offer letter within two weeks of selection. After that, documents were to be sent to HR for verification. The process was smooth.

Applied on Assystem's website. Had some very basic questions with HR over the phone. Then had a more in-depth technical interview with the manager via video call. Received a job offer and a description of the group's benefits.

First, there was an HR interview, followed by a manager interview where the company was presented and introductions were made between the manager and candidate. Then, a professional interview where the candidate was made comfortable and asked interesting and relevant questions.
