ASM Interview Questions

It was a pretty chill interview. The interviewer asked me about my work and how process parameters affect film properties. She also asked me if I can visualize and explain the whole system that I am working on. She just asked one behavioral question on conflict.

The HR team extended an offer for this role after a three-round interview process. The interviews were primarily technique-focused and based on computer science concepts. The interviewers were generally pleasant and patient, and the HR department communicated effectively, suggesting it's a good work environment.

They had three rounds. HR was communicative. The interviewers were mostly friendly. It started with an online assessment, followed by three rounds that were mainly technical interviews. I'm awaiting their decision but hopeful. It seems like a good place to work.
