Candidate-reported interview process

2 rounds together (1.5hours): 1st round was 1 hour with team members asking technical questions; second round was with the Director of Engineering, asking questions from my resume in detail, and asking fundamentals in depth

First, I talked to HR about the job, and then I had an onsite interview with two people. Each chat was about 30 minutes. They asked about the job and my previous projects.

So, the interview had me do a 15-minute presentation. It started with intros from them and me, then I presented 3 slides max from my recent work. They then dove into questions straight from those slides, covering CFD, which included technical stuff and non-technical things like heat loss calculations, the CAD software I used, and if any design modifications were implemented. Unfortunately, I was rejected after the third round.
