Candidate-reported interview process

The interview starts with a 10-minute self-introduction, then they will ask questions about your intro. After that, they'll ask if you're okay with working shifts. Lastly, they'll give you a chance to ask any questions. The whole thing is about an hour long.

First, you'll introduce yourself. The supervisor will ask questions based on your slides. Then, you will be asked about any setbacks you encountered during your studies and how you dealt with them. They will also ask if you can handle a high-pressure environment. Lastly, you'll have the chance to ask questions to the supervisor.

The first interview was an online video call with the supervisor, and I had to prepare an English presentation for it. The second interview was face-to-face with the director, where I asked him some questions and also spoke with HR.
