Candidate-reported interview process

It was a quick 30-minute screening call. I didn't move forward, but they seemed like a nice team and they're on the lookout for folks who are keen to learn, even if they don't have tons of experience already. Make sure to show how your background fits the gig.

The process kicked off with an HR screening, lasting about 30 minutes, followed by a 30-minute chat with the hiring manager that focused on behavioral questions. Then, there was a take-home quiz. After that, I went through 4 rounds of interviews, each 30 minutes long, with different team leads. These included a product interview with more technical questions, a revops interview covering behavioral and some technical aspects, a customer education interview that was scenario-based, and a Strategy & Ops interview also based on scenarios. The whole thing wrapped up in about 3 weeks.

So the whole thing had three parts. First, a recruiter chat, then a quick talk with the hiring manager, and then a bunch of smaller chats with different people from the company. It all took less than 4 hours.
